Customer Verification & Sales Consultant

Job Description:
We are hiring a confident and results-driven Customer Verification & Sales Consultant to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information, confirming eligibility, and closing sales efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert verified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and verify customer information through inbound and outbound calls
• Confirm customer eligibility, interest, and accuracy of provided details
• Close sales after successful verification
• Clearly explain offers, pricing, and terms to customers
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow verification guidelines
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly closing targets
• Follow company scripts, compliance, and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Verifier, Closer, or Sales Agent preferred
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
• Basic computer and call-handling skills
