Job Summary:
The role is focusing on managing all operational and supervisory procedures related to the customer’s account opening and KYC data updates
Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring full compliance with the bank’s approved policies and procedures related to the account opening and KYC processes.

Lead and manage the account opening and KYC team to ensure high performance, accuracy and efficiency.

Ensuring high efficiency in executing activities
to maintain customer satisfaction while safeguarding the bank’s rights and regulatory obligations.

Responsible for ensuring adherence to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and performance metrics.

Develop and update the related policies and procedures to ensure the full compliance with the local regulations and KYC& AML standards.

Provide the team with the required ongoing training and coaching on the job, regulatory updates and processes.
Job Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or relevant Majors.

Preference will be given to candidates holding advanced degrees or specialized professional certifications.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operations, with a strong preference for expertise aligned with the role’s responsibilities. At least 5 of those years should be in managerial or supervisory roles.
