Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore for a Customer Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance to clients, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The role also involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related fields
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Proficiency in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer situations
• Relevant educational qualification, such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is preferred
• Experience in the embroidery or customization industry is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
