Customization Operations Associate

Overview

This role handles custom print orders from artwork setup to final delivery. You will prepare customer artwork for printing, create mockups for approval, and coordinate with customers and print vendors to keep orders on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer artwork into print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, SVG)
• Create mockups (virtual proofs) for customer approval
• Communicate with customers to confirm artwork, placement, and details
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure accurate production
• Schedule orders based on deadlines and production timelines
• Track orders from approval through printing and shipping
• Follow up on delays, revisions, or issues as they come up
• Keep files, proofs, and order details organized

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Ability to recreate or clean up artwork into vector format
• Understanding of print basics (file formats, resolution, color modes, bleed)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Clear communication skills (email and messaging)
• Ability to manage multiple orders at once and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in print, prepress, or custom merchandise
• Familiarity with screen printing, DTF, DTG or similar processes
• Experience working with vendors or production partners

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
