Customs Clearance Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Customs Clearance Agent to join our operations in Dubai.

Responsibilities

* Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, certificates of origin, import/export declarations, special permits) for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

* Process customs declarations through relevant online platforms (e.g., Dubai Trade, Mirsal accurately and efficiently.

* Handle temporary admissions, re-exports, and other special customs procedures as required.

* Ensure strict adherence to the UAE Common Customs Law of the GCC States, Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations in the Private Sector (as it pertains to customs-related aspects), and all other relevant UAE customs laws, regulations, and circulars issued by Dubai Customs and the Federal Customs Authority.

Requirement

* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in customs clearance operations within the UAE (Main Land), preferably with a freight forwarding or logistics company.

* Has a UAE Driving License (Own can preferably)

* In-depth knowledge of UAE customs laws, regulations, and procedures, particularly those enforced by Dubai Customs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
