Customs Clearance Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Customer Service Executive with expertise in Customs Clearance to

join our Logistics & Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent

customer service, handle customs clearance procedures, and ensure smooth logistics

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to customs clearance

• Coordinate with customs authorities, agents, and stakeholders for shipment

clearance

• Prepare and process customs documents, including bills of entry and shipping

bills

• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely clearance

• Provide updates to customers on shipment status and clearance progress

• Identify and resolve customs clearance issues, such as holds, seizures, and

disputes

• Maintain accurate records and reports on customs clearance activities

• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
