Customs Clearance Manager
- Follow up all upcoming shipments (All Brands) with Shipping line Agents
- Preparing clearance documents including original import documents.
- Follow with customs agents for clearance upon approval from top managements and make necessary preparations.
- Coordinate with ordering departments to get the necessary documents related to upcoming shipments (Shipping Documents, list of stocks, CCR etc)
- Follow up with Finance department for customs & other necessary payments are done in timely manners.
- Coordinate with Stockyard operation for necessary arrangements to receive the upcoming shipments.
- Follow up with stockyard & make sure all the shipments stocks has been received in stockyards.
- Follow up the supplier invoices for payments.
- Follow up with agents for any damage reports from port authority.
- Coordinate with clearance agents for any export requirements and preparing the export documents.
- Preparing daily & weekly reports to national logistics manager.
- To complying all the operations with company policy and top managements approvals.
- To fulfil department with appropriate manpower requirements as when needed.
- To analyse operation expenses & identify potential area for cost control.
- Planning and implement new ideas to develop customs clearance department with approval of top management.
