Job Title: Logistics Coordinator/Customs Clearance Officer

Location: Dubai/Jebel Ali

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified Male Customs Clearance Officer with 2–5 years of experience to handle customs documentation and ensure full compliance with customs regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clearance procedures, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring the timely release of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full customs clearance process for import and export shipments
• Prepare, review, and submit all necessary customs documentation
• Liaise with customs authorities and other government departments
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment release
• Visit Jebel Ali for declarations or inspections as required

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in import/export logistics and customs declaration
• Knowledge of BOE (Bill of Entry) for both export and import
• Familiarity with Certificate of Origin, MOCCAE, Municipality, and Phytosanitary procedures
• Understanding of Bill of Lading (BL) documentation
• Ability to handle government portals and inspection procedures
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
