Customs Clearing Executive

A leading Liner Shipping company is hiring a Customs Clearing Executive.

Skills & Qualifications

• Arab Nationality is preferred
• Proficient in English (written and reading skills required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customs clearing is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Shipping & Logistics or related field ( preferred )
• Strong attention to detail, Hardworking, Fast Learner, Good problem‑solving abilities,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Description

• Handle Sharjah Customs declarations, Draft and Submit
• Prepare and arrange all required inspection documents.
• Support and assist the Customs PRO during inspection processes.
• Serve as a replacement for the Customs PRO whenever needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customs officers, and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
