Role Summary
Emirates Logistics LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Co-worker to support its import/export operations in Dubai. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with strong data entry, documentation, and Excel skills. You will be responsible for processing customs documentation, managing shipping records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate logistics workflows.

Core Duties

* Process inbound and outbound Bill of Entry (BOE) and Export Declaration (ED) accurately and promptly
* Ensure DP World payments are made on the same day of BOE/ED processing
* Download, merge, and organize shipping documents within 24 hours of transaction
* Maintain customs folders, update BOE numbers in the master file, and follow up on escalations
* Handle documentation checks for inbound consumables, DDU/DAP shipments, and maintain up-to-date trackers
* Support team performance by ensuring document accuracy, timely uploads, and updating internal systems
* Liaise with relevant departments for customs clearance processing, invoicing, and non-remittance claims

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in any discipline
* Good computer proficiency with strong MS Excel skills
* Previous experience with MS Office and Dubai Trade (basic knowledge acceptable)
* Fast and accurate data entry abilities
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* Proactive, attentive, and organized
