Customs & Logistics Officer

For our office in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a Customs & Logistics Officer

The role is responsible for coordinating inbound materials and outbound finished goods to support production planning and customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with Saudi customs regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments in line with production plans.
• Manage outbound deliveries according to customer orders and schedules.
• Handle customs clearance activities via Saudi government platforms.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Track shipments, manage delays, and communicate with Production and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain accurate logistics and customs data in ERP and company systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in logistics/customs in Saudi Arabia (industrial environment preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and government platforms.
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, clearance processes, and government platforms/portals.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers in the Kingdom.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for logistics tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Understanding of production-driven logistics and the impact of material flow on manufacturing schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external authorities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
