Customs & Logistics Officer

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing customs clearance, import/export operations, and logistics activities for power transformers and related components. The role ensures compliance with Saudi regulations, timely delivery of materials and equipment, and efficient coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage import/export customs clearance and prepare shipping documentation
• .Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
• .Arrange transportation by land, sea, and air, ensuring safe and timely delivery
• .Monitor compliance with Saudi customs and international logistics regulations
• .Handle customs and shipping issues and support timely resolution
• .Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams to align logistics with project schedules
• .Maintain logistics records and support continuous improvement of logistics processes

Requirement

• s:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fiel
• d.3–5 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics, preferably in manufacturing or power equipment industrie
• s.Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and international shipping procedure
• s.Experience in transformer, heavy equipment, or industrial logistics is preferre
• d.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill
• s.English proficiency require
• d.Saudi Nationals preferre
• d.Ability to communicate directly with customs, tax, and regulatory authoritie
