Make packing list ( must have sound knowledge on HS CODE).

Make the Dubai Chamber COO.

Dubai Trade admin system operations.

Must know about the import clearance procedures.

Joining must be immediately.

Preferred have experience with freight forwarding company.

The customs clearance officer plays a vital role in the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in ensuring that goods are efficiently and legally cleared through customs . This position is essential for maintaining compliance with local and international regulations while facilitating smooth operations for the distributions of goods. The officer is responsible for managing all customs documentation and processes, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and without unnecessary delays. This role requires an understanding od customs regulations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit customs documentation for imports and exports to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs authorities to facilitate timely clearance of goods.

· Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the customs process.

· Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.

· Conduct regular audits of customs processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

· Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding customs regulations and procedures.

· Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.

· Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
