Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cutlister with a strong background in interior fit-out or joinery works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cutting lists from technical drawings, optimizing material usage, and coordinating with the production and design teams to ensure precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cutting lists for joinery and fit-out production.
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, carpentry, and design teams to clarify requirements.
• Verify measurements and ensure material requirements match project needs.
• Monitor cutting schedules and ensure timely delivery to the workshop.
• Maintain documentation and update records for material inventory and production flow.
• Assist in quality checks to ensure cuts align with standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or technical certification in Joinery, Interior Fit-Out, Carpentry, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Cutlister in a fit-out or joinery company.
• Strong understanding of joinery materials, panel cutting, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and shop drawings.
• Attention to detail and excellent mathematical and measurement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cutting optimization software (if applicable).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
