Key ResponsibilitiesPrinting Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all printing operations (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.).
• Plan print schedules according to orders and deadlines.
• Ensure proper machine setup, ink adjustment, color matching, and quality control.
• Monitor printing processes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and coordinate machine maintenance.

Cutting Responsibilities

• Manage cutting operations including die-cutting, guillotine cutting, trimming, and finishing.
• Ensure proper setup of cutting machines and tools.
• Inspect cut materials for precision, alignment, and quality standards.
• Minimize material waste and optimize cutting layouts.

Team & Workflow Management

• Supervise machine operators, helpers, and production workers.
• Train new staff on printing and cutting procedures.
• Maintain detailed production records and daily reports.
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

Quality & Safety

• Implement and monitor strict quality control procedures.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed in cutting and printing areas.
• Maintain equipment through routine checks and preventative maintenance.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Industrial Production, or a related field.
• Technical certification in printing machines or cutting equipment is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in printing and cutting production.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of printing machines (offset, digital, flexo, etc.).
• Experience in operating and managing cutting machinery.
• Proven experience in team management and workflow coordination.
• Strong understanding of color control, material handling, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
