We are seeking an experienced and compassionate CVICU RN to join our team in Destin, FL. This role offers the flexibility of a minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience. Join a dynamic team providing top-quality care to cardiac patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to cardiac patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac function, vital signs, and lab results.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
• Current RN license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• CVICU experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
