
CX & Documentation Executive
Import Operations
- Send arrival notifications to customers.
- Handle manifest submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage Delivery Order (D/O) issuance and release.
- Conduct regular cargo tracking with BCOs.
Export Operations
- Issue bookings for export shipments.
- Release Shipping Orders (S/O).
- Prepare and share Bill of Lading (B/L) drafts, follow up on corrections, and hand over final originals.
- Coordinate and circulate weekly vessel schedules to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct cargo tracking for outbound shipments.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service within shipping lines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact daily with customers in a professional manner.
- Solid understanding of import and export procedures, including documentation such as bookings, B/L, S/O & D/O.
- Alexandria‑based or willing to relocate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate a cross‑functional mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow‑through.
