Cyber Security Analyst (2–3 Years of Experience)

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 CTC per month.

Job Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support to our clientele ecurity operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the security posture of our systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and incidents using SIEM and other security tools.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with internal teams.
• Investigate security breaches, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct regular system and network security audits.
• Assist in managing firewalls, antivirus systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support security awareness programs and train employees on best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen overall security posture.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS, etc.).
• Exposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, etc.).
• Understanding of malware analysis, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CEH, Security+, CySA+, or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
