Overview:

The Associate Instructor is a results-oriented role focused on supporting student success through active collaboration with both learners and the lead instructor. This position assists students with navigating course content, troubleshooting and guiding learners through labs, and answering questions in a timely manner to minimize disruption to the learning experience.

The Associate Instructor works closely with the lead instructor as part of a teaching team to deliver a high-quality, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities include supporting live instruction, managing and monitoring Zoom chat during sessions, addressing learner questions in real time, grading, and providing ongoing support within the Slack community.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate about helping others succeed, comfortable managing multiple streams of communication, and capable of solving complex technical or learner support challenges with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Assisting students with questions/issues with lab assignments
• Ensure thorough understanding of assigned labs a minimum of one week in advance of course beginning. This includes, but not limited to, lab assignments/tasks and effective ways to troubleshoot issues with students
• Maintain communication with instructors to ensure success for students
• Complete all required grading within set timeframe

Competency Identifiers and Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Information Security Experience
• Hands-on Experience with Hardware, Network and Security protocols
• Proficiency in Subjects certification CEH, CySA+ and Pentest+
• Python language experience
• Other information security Frameworks & tools knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

· 3-5 years of experience with Cyber Security tools

· Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work and troubleshoot timely and effectively

· Ability to multitask and change direction in ever-changing environment

· Strong communication including oral and presentation skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

· Minimum 1-year teaching assistant experience preferred

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
