Prisma Access Professional Services Consultant (Riyadh)

We’re partnered with a leading global cybersecurity vendor to hire a Prisma Access Professional Services Consultant to support a key customer in Riyadh.

This is an onsite role, embedded directly with the customer, focused on scaling Prisma Access across users and Remote Networks. Saudi nationals are strongly preferred.

The Role

You’ll act as the primary technical consultant on the ground, driving the expansion and optimisation of Prisma Access within a live enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll take ownership of onboarding, scaling, and ensuring the platform is fully embedded within the customer’s infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scaling Prisma Access adoption across users and Remote Networks
• Leading onboarding activities and deployment expansion
• Acting as the onsite technical point of contact for the customer
• Supporting design and optimisation of the existing environment
• Troubleshooting and resolving deployment challenges in real time
• Working closely with remote engineering and global delivery teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong, hands-on Prisma Access experience (essential)
• Proven experience onboarding users and Remote Networks at scale
• Solid network security background (IPSec, BGP, GlobalProtect)
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Ability to operate independently in an onsite, customer-facing role
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE or similar)
• Experience in SASE / Zero Trust environments
• Arabic language skills
