JOB DESCRIPTION

1. POSITION DETAILS

POSITION TITLE: INSTRUMENT PROJECT ENGINEER

LOCATION: SUR

2. ROLEPURPOSE

Support and execute of ENP PCD Cybersecurity activities related to instrument and Electrical Systems in the OmanLNG Sur complex, in order to ensure plant upkeep and availability, and provide a safe working environment in theplant at alltimes. The Engineer will liaise withInstrument and Electrical team for any planned PCD-IT Equipment, arrange with IT team and conduct the required routine and calloff maintenance activities related to PCD Systems. He will be required to support ENP team in identifying the threat and risks related to PCD Cybersecurity of Automation and Electrical Systems and prepare remediation plan. The Engieer will also be required to support drafting and updating the existing System drawings and network diagrams.

3. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, organise andExecute Engineering PM and CM for PCD-ITequipment
2. Respond to PCD P1 and P2 call out afterworking hours if needed to check issuesrelated to PCD Security and advise the remediation plan in accordance to OmanLNG procedures
3. Update Process , Engineering and Network documents which are required to be updated as a result of routine / project such as PCD inventory, Network Diagrams , Visio Drawings, Manual backup logs , restoration logs, users auditing logs, routine checklists etc.
4. Support in preparing the PCD designspecification and drawings for projects related to PCD cybersecurity projects.
5. Track Planned Maintenance (PM) execution and align withrelated stakeholders.
6. Support in raisingawareness on PCD Cybersecurity to OmanLNG PCD Community.
7. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with HSE policyand procedures.
8. Initiate and develop specific work instructions and inspection & testing schedules to ensure section compliance. Contributes to the Projects department quality assurance system.
9. Prepare and submitprogress reports, costtracking reports and issue monthly financial a physical reports per project.
10. Introduce systems and tools to the complexthat will continuously and where possible in a step change improve the availability of the complex.
11. Undertake regular followup on the status of all projects assigned and advicethe mitigation

plan.

CHALLENGES

1. Smooth handover of documents and drawings form Business team to PCD and maintaining an accurate and up to date inventory with easy user retrieval.
2. Ensure meeting OmanLNG PCD KPI and weekly reporting .
3. Execution of projects meeting timelines andbudget.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND WORKING CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. BSc degree in engineering science (specialising in instruments and electronics), computer engineering, information technology, or cyber security
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in oil and gas industry (minimum 2 years of experience for Sr. Project Engineer) , preferably in OT/ICS environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or similar).
3. Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards suchas ISA/IEC 62443,NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and vendor-specific security guidelines.
4. Network and Cybersecurity Certifications are preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. 5/2 pattern of work, based in Sur
2. Work involves regular site maintenance duties
3. Long hours of work during shut down

4. Critical thinking and ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
