Cyber Security Engineer

**THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA WITH SOME WORK FROM HOME**

Resident Engineer, Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access and SASE solutions within enterprise customer environments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on implementation, optimisation,

and day-to-day technical ownership. You will work closely with customer teams to

ensure solutions are delivered effectively, operate reliably, and evolve in line with

business needs.

This is not a presales or strategy-only position. You will be embedded with the

customer, supporting delivery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high service

standards across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access / SASE solutions

· within customer environments

· Contribute to solution design, implementation, migration, and optimisation

· activities

· Act as a key technical point of contact for the customer on a day-to-day basis

· Participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and design

· discussions

· Produce and maintain:

• High-Level Designs (HLDs)
• Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Migration plans, implementation and operational documentation

· Support migrations from:

• Legacy VPN solutions
• MPLS environments
• On-prem firewall estates

· Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues across Prisma Access and

· related technologies

· Work closely with project managers, architects, and customer teams to support

· successful delivery outcomes

· Provide knowledge transfer and operational support to customer teams

· Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, documentation, and

· best practices

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong hands-on experience working with Prisma Access in enterprise

· environments

· Good understanding of:

• SASE / SSE architectures
• Enterprise networking, routing, VPNs, and firewall technologies
• Identity integration (e.g. Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta or similar)
• Zero Trust and modern access models

· Experience in customer-facing delivery, support, or engineering roles

· Comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders and technical teams

· Solid documentation and design capability (HLD / LLD)

· Experience supporting migrations from:

• Legacy VPN solutions
• MPLS environments
• On-prem firewall estates (Palo Alto or equivalent)

Desirable Skills & Certifications

· Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE, Prisma, or equivalent)

· Experience with the wider Palo Alto SASE / Strata / cloud security portfolio

· Experience working in large, complex, multi-site enterprise environments

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months
