Cyber Security Faculty

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Faculty Member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in modern cyber security practices, ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on practical sessions on Cyber Security topics such as:
• Network Security
• Ethical Hacking
• Information Security
• Cyber Threats & Risk Management
• Penetration Testing
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support student learning.
• Train students in real-world cyber security tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, security tools, and industry trends.
• Provide academic guidance and career mentorship to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to curriculum development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in cyber security, network security, or information security.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
• Security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Metasploit, Kali Linux)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) will be an advantage.
• Prior teaching or training experience will be a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students.
