CyberArk Architect
Location: Remote – supporting federal agency operations (San Antonio-based program)
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced CyberArk Architect to support a federal client in the design and implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution within a secure, multitenant cloud environment.
In this key role, you will lead architecture and delivery of CyberArk Privileged Access Management, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles and federal security requirements.
As a CyberArk Architect, you will:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
Guide and support an Agile delivery team implementing PAM capabilities for a federal organization.
Design PAM solutions to support complex, multitenant cloud environments across Oracle, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Collaborate closely with IAM and IGA program managers to ensure architectural consistency and compliance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful adoption and integration of PAM solutions.
Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality and adherence to best practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor on PAM architecture, educating clients on industry standards and security frameworks.
Advocate for Zero Trust and least privilege principles within the client’s identity security ecosystem.
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Remote work, with occasional coordination with San Antonio-based federal teams.
Support required during standard business hours (CST preferred)
Citizenship & Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Active Secret Clearance with T5 suitability required
Certifications
CompTIA Security+ (required) – must provide certification copy
CyberArk PAM Implementation Certification (preferred)
Experience
8+ years in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
3+ years implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS)
3+ years leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Experience architecting PAM solutions across Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP
Comprehensive understanding of PAM, IGA, and Zero Trust architecture

Identity Access Management (IAM) – 7–10 years
CyberArk Privileged Access Management – 10+ years
Deliver mission-critical security solutions for federal clients
