CYBERARK Business Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years experience in IAM/PAM programs, cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of:
• Identity & Access Management concepts
• Privileged Access Management fundamentals
• IT audit, compliance, and risk management
• Windows, Linux, AD/LDAP environments
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with CyberArk PAS components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Experience working directly with CyberArk Privilege cloud solution.
• Familiarity with cloud access models (AWS, Azure).
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, or similar workflow tools like Jira.
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Grafana
• CyberArk or IAM‑related certifications must.

Soft Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple teams.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative, business‑focused mindset.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
