The Analyst II provides analytical, technical, and administrative support for national security, defense, security, intelligence, and program protection activities. The individual conducts research, analyzes data and information from multiple sources, develops recommendations, prepares reports and briefings, and supports program execution across a variety of mission areas.
The Analyst II applies established analytical methodologies, tools, and processes to support decision-making, assess requirements, identify trends, evaluate risks, and resolve operational or programmatic issues. This position works independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with government personnel, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Position supports a long-term Federal IT and Cybersecurity Services effort.
Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Conduct research, analysis, and assessment activities to support mission, program, and operational objectives.

Collect, organize, evaluate, and interpret information from multiple data sources.

Develop analytical products, reports, briefings, white papers, memoranda, and recommendations.

Apply analytical tools, techniques, and methodologies to identify trends, risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities.

Support planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of assigned projects, programs, and initiatives.

Analyze policies, procedures, regulations, and guidance to determine impacts and support compliance efforts.

Maintain databases, records, metrics, trackers, and other analytical repositories.

Prepare and present findings to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

Participate in meetings, working groups, reviews, and collaborative planning sessions.

Assist with process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to complex or recurring challenges.

Support the development of training materials, program documentation, and operational procedures as required.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, track actions, and support mission requirements.

Ensure all work products meet quality, accuracy, security, and timeliness standards.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Department of Defense, federal government, national security, intelligence, security, program management, or related mission environments.

Demonstrated experience conducting research, analysis, and problemsolving activities.

Experience preparing written reports, briefings, presentations, and other analytical products.

Ability to collect, organize, and evaluate information from multiple sources.

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Security, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Political Science, Business, Public Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
