Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer who possesses both deep technical expertise and strong technical proposal writing capabilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, documenting, and presenting cybersecurity solutions for proposals and tenders, particularly for projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on involvement in preparing high-quality, compliant technical proposals, with a strong focus on government and enterprise submissions through the Etimad platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and architecture of cybersecurity solutions in response to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.

Develop, write, review, and refine the technical sections of proposals, ensuring technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.

Collaborate with sales teams, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to define optimal and competitive cybersecurity solutions.

Translate complex cybersecurity concepts and architectures into clear, structured, and persuasive proposal content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analyze RFP and tender documentation to ensure full technical and administrative compliance, especially for government-sector projects.

Utilize hands-on experience with the Etimad platform to manage proposal submissions and ensure adherence to Saudi government requirements.

Build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable technical content, templates, and diagrams for future proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer, Security Consultant, or in a similar technical role.

Solid experience in developing and contributing to technical proposals for cybersecurity solutions and services.

Strong knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to network security, SIEM, penetration testing, risk management, threat intelligence, and cloud security.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectively.

Highly Preferred:

Prior hands-on experience with the Etimad platform for Saudi government tenders.

Experience working on cybersecurity projects and proposals within the GCC region.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable.

ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مهندس أمن سيبراني يجمع بين المعرفة التقنية العميقة والقدرة الاحترافية على إعداد وكتابة العروض الفنية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تصميم وتوثيق حلول الأمن السيبراني ضمن العروض والمناقصات، خاصة المشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. يتطلب الدور خبرة عملية في إعداد عروض متوافقة وقوية فنيًا، مع تركيز خاص على التقديم عبر منصة اعتماد (Etimad).

المهام والمسؤوليات:

قيادة تصميم الحلول الفنية لمشاريع الأمن السيبراني استجابةً لطلبات تقديم العروض والمناقصات.

إعداد وكتابة ومراجعة الأجزاء الفنية للعروض بما يضمن الدقة الفنية والوضوح والامتثال لمتطلبات العميل.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والخبراء الفنيين والمهندسين لتطوير حلول تنافسية ومتكاملة.

تبسيط المفاهيم والهياكل المعقدة للأمن السيبراني وتحويلها إلى محتوى احترافي واضح يناسب الجهات الفنية وغير الفنية.

تحليل متطلبات كراسات الشروط للتأكد من الالتزام الكامل بالجوانب الفنية والإدارية، خاصة للمناقصات الحكومية.

استخدام الخبرة السابقة في منصة اعتماد لإدارة عملية التقديم وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الجهات الحكومية في المملكة.

إنشاء وتحديث مكتبة مركزية للمحتوى الفني والقوالب والرسومات لاستخدامها في العروض المستقبلية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

المتطلبات الأساسية:

خبرة مثبتة كمهندس أمن سيبراني أو مستشار أمن معلومات أو دور تقني مشابه.

خبرة عملية في إعداد والمساهمة في العروض الفنية لمشاريع الأمن السيبراني.

معرفة قوية بمجالات متعددة مثل أمن الشبكات، أنظمة SIEM، اختبارات الاختراق، إدارة المخاطر، استخبارات التهديدات، وأمن الحوسبة السحابية.

مهارات تواصل وكتابة ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.

القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل على أكثر من عرض في نفس الوقت بكفاءة.

يفضل:

خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع منصة اعتماد (Etimad).

خبرة في العمل على مشاريع أو عروض داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

المؤهل العلمي والشهادات:

درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أمن المعلومات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.

شهادات مهنية معتمدة مثل CISSP أو CISM أو CEH أو شهادات الشركات المصنعة تمثل ميزة إضافية قوية.
