Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing (IAM) processes and solutions. He/she responsible for performing/developing the cybersecurity IAM operation activities and monitors the implementation of the IAM program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop Access management process and procedures applicable to secure DACO Environment.

• Create and maintains roles and privileges within the Identity Management System.

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for all business workflows.

• Perform daily Health checks for Access management ‘s system and review users access reports.

• Work with business units for the administration of employee access roles.

• Develops and prepares metrics to represent the status of the Identity Management program.

• Develop the requirements and standards for Identity and Access management.

• Provide training to Power Users who use the Access Management applications. Write and maintain user documentation.

• Provide quality control and quality assurance techniques to the development of identity records and user access for all systems.

• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

• Responsible for the day-to-day support of SAP GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) Access Controls.

• Leads the enhancement process for the Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.

• Participate in information security risk assessment - as and when needed.

• Define, establish and maintain the Identity & Access Management (I&AM) solutions architecture in a holistic manner, with coverage across technology, process and people components.

• Manage and execute identities and roles based on approved SOD business Matrix.

• Manage the usage of highly sensitive/privileged accounts that are used by all users.

• Manage the Design, implementation & monitoring of SAP security processes and authorization concepts.

• Prepare updates and reports to Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager

• Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.

• Complies with All DACO Policies & Procedures including Safety and reporting hazards.

Education & Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity, information security computer science, software engineering, information systems.
• 3 Years minimum of relevant experience.
