The Cybersecurity Lead is the senior authority on all aspects of security architecture, compliance, and risk management. This role ensures robust protection of mission-critical assets, adherence to DoD and IC security frameworks, and proactive mitigation of cyber threats.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and architectures.
Oversee RMF compliance, security engineering, and authorization processes for all systems and applications.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
Lead the implementation of continuous monitoring, threat intelligence, and proactive defense measures.
Advise program leadership and technical teams on security best practices, emerging threats, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with government security stakeholders to ensure alignment with agency directives and standards.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and audit readiness for all security-related activities.
At least 8 years' experience in cybersecurity for intelligence or defense systems.
CISSP certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 certification).
TS/SCI clearance.
In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST, and DoD/IC security frameworks.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
