Overview:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent sales skills to drive revenue growth through customer interactions and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and address any technical queries
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of endpoint protection technologies, including but not limited to anti-malware, endpoint detection & response, extended detection & response, incident response & remediation systems, SIEM, SOAR etc. is preferred"
- >=1 years of professional experience in the field of cyber security is preferred
- Proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cyber security is preferred
- Know-How in: Value-Selling Methodology, Standards and Methods for Opportunity and Proposal Management
- High customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, intuition, communication and team skills, high result and quality orientation
- Independent, self-reliant, structured way of working
- Fluent English in written and spoken form
