Key Skills Required

Primary (Expert Level - 10+ years US experience): OT/ICS Cybersecurity, Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust

Secondary: Cisco, ServiceNow, Splunk, TxOne

Core Expertise: OT/ICS Security Architecture & Design, Risk Assessment & Vulnerability Management, Incident Response & Monitoring, Governance/Policy/Training, Client Engagement & Leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security architecture design including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT/OT integration per NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443 standards
• Deploy and configure OT cybersecurity tools: Claroty (asset discovery/vulnerability), Palo Alto/Cradlepoint (firewalls/segmentation), CrowdStrike (monitoring), BeyondTrust (privileged access)
• Conduct consequence-based risk assessments using Cyber PHA methodologies and lead vulnerability management with Claroty
• Design OT monitoring solutions with CrowdStrike/Splunk and develop industrial incident response plans
• Develop OT cybersecurity policies, deliver training programs, and advise on governance frameworks
• Serve as subject matter expert in client workshops, lead project teams, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• 10+ years US experience as OT/ICS Cybersecurity Expert (Expert level required)
• Deep hands-on experience with Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust
• Proven OT/ICS security architecture design and implementation in critical infrastructure
• Expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (NIST, IEC 62443)
• Strong client engagement, leadership, and technical presentation skills
• Familiarity with Cisco, ServiceNow, Splunk, TxOne a plus
