We are a forward-thinking business solutions company based in Riyadh, specializing in advanced technology and cybersecurity services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Cairo office.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with a strong background in cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, compliant, and compelling technical proposals in close coordination with technical and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and format technical proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Collaborate with cybersecurity consultants, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather technical inputs.

Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, persuasive content for technical and non-technical audiences.

Ensure proposal accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Manage proposal timelines and oversee the full proposal development lifecycle.

Develop and maintain a reusable proposal content library.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Proposal Writer, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity services and technologies (e.g., penetration testing, risk assessment, security audits, network security, SIEM).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field is preferred.
