Job Title: Cyclist Manager
Department: Gazmin Delivery Services (GDS)
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee a team of up to 500 cyclists, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle and resolve cyclist complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and motivation.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and urgent situations simultaneously.
- Monitor cyclist performance, providing guidance, support, and coaching to improve productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and assignments to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with other GDS teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance overall delivery performance.
- Prepare reports on team performance, complaints, and operational metrics for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large teams, preferably in delivery or logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of delivery operations and cyclist management is a plus.
