• Machining: Cylinder Boring Machine Operation, Honing, Milling, Turning.
• Engine Work: Engine Block Rebuilding, Cylinder Sleeving, Valve Seat Cutting.
• Measurement: Micrometres, Vernier Callipers, Dial Bore Gauges.
• Technical Knowledge: Blueprint Reading, Engine Specifications, Material Science.
• Safety: Preventive Maintenance, PPE Compliance, Tool Box Meeting Participation
• Operated boring machines to restore worn cylinder bores to standard specifications.
• Conducted cylinder honing to achieve specific surface finishes for proper ring seating.
• Performed precision measurements to ensure tolerance levels were within manufacturer specifications.
• Conducted routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborated with engine mechanics to troubleshoot and resolve engine issues.
