, is seeking a dynamic
Head of D2C & Community
to lead our direct-to-consumer business and parent engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales & Growth
-
Own the P&L of the Pegasus D2C division across all online channels – company website, meta and own app.

Drive traffic and conversion strategies (performance marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer & content campaigns).

Build scalable funnels for acquisition, engagement, and retention, with strong focus on lifetime value of parents.
2. Community Building & Workshops
-
Conceptualize and manage
screen-free parenting workshops
, kids’ activity sessions, and community programs that bring parents into the Pegasus ecosystem.

Create and oversee partnerships with schools, housing societies, and community groups to build awareness.

Lead on-ground activations to strengthen trust and brand affinity.
3. Book Fairs & Events

Plan and execute
Pegasus presence at book fairs, parenting expos, and pop-ups
.

Curate event experiences that combine sales with brand storytelling.
-
Manage logistics, budgets, and cross-team coordination for smooth execution.
4. Leadership & Strategy
-
Build and lead a cross-functional team covering website operations, content, digital marketing, customer engagement, and event management.

Develop quarterly and annual growth roadmaps in alignment with Pegasus’ mission:
to raise screen-free children through books, puzzles, and games
.

Work closely with the leadership team on new initiatives, product launches, and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
-
8–12 years of experience in
e-commerce / D2C leadership
, preferably in consumer brands, publishing, or edtech.

Strong digital-first mindset with proven expertise in
Shopify/e-commerce platforms, performance marketing, CRM flows, and analytics
.

Hands-on experience with
community or events management
is a big plus.
