We’re seeking a D2C Manager who will take full ownership of our Shopify ecosystem, including site performance, paid media, email marketing, and conversion optimization. This role is both strategic and hands-on: ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, knows how to drive measurable sales growth, and understands how to turn data into action. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, optimizing ad performance, and continually improving the customer experience across our direct-to-consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire Shopify business, including site operations, performance marketing, and sales results for two brands
- Develop and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to drive traffic, conversions, and profitability
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CVR, CAC, and overall sales growth
- Proactively identify problems and implement fast solutions — whether technical, creative, or operational
- Lead CRO and UX initiatives, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user flow improvements
- Execute lifecycle email marketing through Klaviyo, managing flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotions
- Oversee SEO and content strategy, ensuring pages, blogs, and metadata drive organic growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and leadership teams to align campaigns and launches
- Report on sales performance weekly and monthly, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of experience in Shopify D2C management, performance marketing, or ecommerce growth
- Proven record of driving measurable revenue growth and improving ROAS
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Klaviyo
- Deep understanding of SEO, CRO, and ecommerce funnel optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and able to quickly identify issues and take action
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; clear, professional, and collaborative
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with consumer electronics, outdoor, or lifestyle brands is a plus
