Role: D2C, E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist
- Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jiomart, and the brand’s D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce).
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, offers, and ensure platform policy compliance.
- Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content) to improve visibility and conversions.
- Drive sales growth through promotions, campaigns, and coordination with performance marketing teams.
- Monitor orders, returns, RTOs, customer feedback, ratings, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Plan inventory, track stock movement, and coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners.
- Track key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, support) and external partners to ensure timely execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, platform expansion, and business scaling.
