WHAT YOU WILL DO

This job is fast paced. You will run Zoom interviews and use your D2D knowledge to find the right people.

• Hold 6 to 10 Zoom interviews each day
• Check for grit, communication skills, and D2D readiness
• Ask simple questions that reveal mindset and coachability
• Keep clean notes and statuses inside of our ATS
• Give clear next steps to keep candidates moving
• Work closely with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs
• Talk with candidates through phone, SMS, and email

Your D2D background helps you make strong recommendations with confidence.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

• First Year Recruiters: $50,000 to $65,000 W2 Salary with performance bonuses
• Experienced Recruiters: $60,000 to $90,000 W2 Salary based on results
• Growth Path: CSA to CSM to Team Lead as you improve ($100k+)
