D365 CE Functional Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with system functionality, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals while adhering to best practices and Microsoft standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules).
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend solution approaches.
• Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Support solution testing (UAT, regression, and integration testing) and manage issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support post-implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes — lead management, sales pipeline, case management, customer service, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Working knowledge of Azure integrations, Dataverse, and security model.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
