Role Overview
We are looking for a
D365FO Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant
to support implementations and daily operations. You will work with business users and internal teams to configure SCM modules, resolve issues, support UAT, and drive process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and support D365FO SCM modules such as:

Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management
-
(Manufacturing / Production Control is a plus if you have it)

Run fit-gap workshops, capture requirements, and translate into workable D365FO configurations
-
Troubleshoot SCM issues: inventory discrepancies, posting errors, reservations, pricing, workflows
-
Support data migration, integration validation, and process testing

Participate in
UAT
, go-live readiness, cutover support, and hypercare
-
Prepare documentation:
FDDs, SDDs, SOPs
, and end-user training materials
Requirements
-
2+ years
hands-on experience in D365FO SCM (support or implementation)

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash)

Familiarity with
DMF
(imports/exports) and strong testing mindset
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Microsoft certifications are a plus
