D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst

Qorali is partnering with a growing enterprise organization seeking a talented D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across multiple business units. About the Role

As a D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst, you’ll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the F&O environment is stable, optimized, and aligned with business goals. You’ll play a key role in requirements gathering, functional support, system configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for all D365 F&O functional requirements .
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows within F&O.
• Support and configure modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, or WMS , depending on experience.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate escalations with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead or support testing cycles, UAT, documentation, and training for new features and releases.
• Assist with integrations, data validation, and cross‑functional system enhancements.
• Contribute to the long‑term ERP roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional or business systems role.
• Strong understanding of core F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or WMS).
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting live D365 environments, including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
