**Kindly note that this is a full-time position based onsite in Qatar**
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O solutions, focusing on Retail and POS modules.
- Build and manage integrations between D365 F&O and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
- Work closely with retail stakeholders and functional consultants to convert business needs into technical deliverables.
- Support both real-time and batch integrations involving D365 F&O and third-party platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy between POS, back-office, and reporting systems.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specs and deployment guides.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
- Deep knowledge of X++, AOT, integrations, and extension frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Retail module, including POS integration and store processes.
- Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OData, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
