Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of laser printers and other client machinery. This role involves significant outdoor duty, requiring you to travel to client sites and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and setup of laser printers at client locations.
• Travel to client sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with laser printers and other machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks on client equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle client complaints and provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and replace faulty parts, and perform necessary adjustments or calibrations.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, field service, or similar role.
• Proven experience with the installation, repair, and maintenance of laser printers or similar office equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on outdoor duty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
