My Dog Hikes is an award-winning dog walking and hiking company based in New York City and proudly featured by The New York Times. We specialize in giving dogs the perfect balance of urban exploration and outdoor adventure, creating enriching, active experiences every day. As we continue to expand, we are looking for committed Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to join our growing team.

We are seeking dependable and experienced individuals who are available for weekday walks between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. This role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and working closely with dogs. It’s a unique opportunity to explore some of NYC’s most beautiful parks while caring for energetic and happy pups.

Job Requirements — Candidates Must:

• Have a genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of their care
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally
• Demonstrate excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Confidently manage multiple dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Own a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and updates
• Be comfortable navigating NYC streets and using public transportation
• Be physically capable of handling active, fast-paced workdays
