Daily Event Host (1099 Independent Contractor)

for Green Jazz Wellness Lounge

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Daily Event Host to help grow the attendance of our jazz lounge events. This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor position designed for self-starters who love music, networking, social media promotion, and creating memorable experiences.

We are a Jesus centered establishment.!! Everyone is welcome.!! We uphold strict policies on nudity and profanity. We don’t do the ratchet but we will pray for you if you’re ratchet! All are welcome and all are welcome to apply.! You gotta learn how to adapt to make money our rules are our rules.! Be less offended and more motivated to earn some greenbacks.!

The Event Host will organize, promote, and host engaging events such as:

* Paint Parties

* Plant Parties

* Jazz Nights

* Karaoke Events

* Open Mic Nights

* Wellness & Tea Events

* Coffee Events

* Singles Mixers

* Game Nights

* Creative Community Events

*Whatever you suggest (Be Creative what’s better than a teachable business owner) Help me help us.!! Be creative let’s do this.! I love ideas and I love everyone.! Help A Small American business owner and help yourself.!

The primary responsibility is to bring people into the lounge, increase paid attendance, and create a fun, welcoming relaxed atmosphere that makes you forget all your worries while you are in our presence.! The world is weird we need a place to relax and have clean fun. This is it.! This is the gig.! GOD gave us a specific vision and foundation for this lounge. We do not sell alcohol. We are a wellness/jazz lounge.!

Compensation

* 1099 Independent Contractor Position

* Commission-Based Pay ONLY

* Earnings are based on door/admission sales generated from hosted events

* Higher attendance = higher earnings

* Unlimited earning potential based on marketing and crowd-building ability

Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate engaging lounge events

* Promote events through social media, word-of-mouth, flyers, and networking

* Build and maintain a loyal crowd/community

* Encourage guests to RSVP, prepay, and attend

* Host and energize the event during lounge hours

* Collaborate with lounge management on themes and scheduling

* Help increase lounge visibility and repeat business

* Maintain a professional and positive atmosphere

* Assist with basic event setup and organization when needed

* Strong personality and people skills

* Comfortable speaking in front of groups

Active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and community groups

* Experienced in event hosting, promotion, sales, or entertainment preferred

* Self-motivated and dependable

* Able to attract and retain customers

* Creative thinker with fresh event ideas

* Passion for music, wellness, worship, and social experiences

* Hosts may coordinate recurring weekly themed nights.! We provide the space make as much money as you like.!

* This is NOT an hourly position

* Contractors are responsible for generating attendance and promoting their events

* Commission payouts are based on verified event sales/admissions

* Independent contractors control how they market and promote their events. Scared money don’t make no money.!!
