Daily pay lowering pg&e customers gas bill

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team dedicated to helping customers reduce their PG&E gas bills through the PG&E core gas program.customers will remain with pg&e while receiving a lower rate through pg&e core gas program this role, you will engage directly with customers to explain, promote, and facilitate this program designed to lower their energy costs. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities

• Conduct door to door services to introduce bill-lowering program
• Utilize software and terros to track customer interactions, update account information, and manage follow-up activities
• Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility requirements, and application steps in a transparent and detailed manner
• Cover terms with customers for lowering their gas bills while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through the enrollment process
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new outreach opportunities and improve communication strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback within company systems for reporting purposes

Experience

• No experience needed but all customer service and door-to-door experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively in English bilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to handle high-perfomance efficiently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
• Prior experience in customer service or door to door sales is a plus but not required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
