As a Graphic Designer At DailyObjects, You Will
-
Lead high-impact creative projects : develop visuals and campaigns across digital & offline channels (product branding, packaging, social media, store collateral, newsletters etc.).

Interpret strategic briefs from product, marketing, and retail teams, transforming them into compelling visual narratives consistent with DailyObjects brand voice.

Ensure brand consistency : maintain visual standards in typography, layout, colour palette, iconography, imagery, UI graphics etc. in both digital (app / web / ads) and physical touchpoints (store, packaging).

Work closely with UX/UI designers where required to ensure graphics align with interaction & product design.

Manage multiple design workflows : prioritize tasks, manage timelines, juggle overlapping briefs, ensure deliverables meet deadline and quality expectations.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align visuals with business objectives.

Be involved in the creative ideation process : suggest new creative directions, experiment with materials, finishes, formats, learn from competitors, bring freshness.

Keep design systems, templates, asset library, documentation organized and scalable.

Stay updated with design trends, especially in tech accessories, D2C & lifestyle categoriesuse that insight to evolve our visual systems.
Skills & Experience Required

6-8 years of professional experience in graphic design / visual branding.

Strong portfolio showing work across both digital (social, web, app, ads) and physical/offline (packaging, print, store/retail displays, product collateral) formats.

Experience mentoring / giving feedback to other designers or leading small design teams.

Experience working for a D2C / lifestyle brand, especially in tech accessories or everyday carry niche.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc.

Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, image treatment. Keen eye for detail.

Ability to think conceptually : not just execute, but anticipate design problems / opportunities and propose creative solutions.

Strong communication skills : confident in presenting design directions, rationale to non-designer stakeholders.

Adaptability to changing priorities : from campaign launches to product rollouts to store openings.

Good organisational, time-management skills : able to multitask, meet deadlines, manage workload.
