Daiquiritas Team Member

Want fun, sharp, responsible people to draw and pour, layer and blend and mix and mingle. We need team members who are motivated to take care of the shop and equipment when business is slow and manage the frenzy when there’s a line of cars. There will be downtime during some shifts. Team members are expected to stay busy by cleaning, organizing, and completing tasks without needing constant direction

What you'll do?

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle payments
• Prepare drinks accurately while following safety, TABC, and food safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members during both slow periods and rushes
• Keep the workspace clean and organized (counters, floors, utensils, restrooms, and outdoor areas)
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues calmly
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with company standards
• Move 40lb pails when necessary.

Schedule

• Part-time: 15–30 hours per week
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
