Dalton Township Administrative Assistant/Deputy Clerk
A role encompassing a large variety of tasks and responsibilities. The Clerk may also consider this position for appointment as Deputy Clerk. Job duties are listed below and include but are not limited to the following:
Deputy Clerk:
Administrative Support:
Election Administration:
Deputy Clerk will be directed to help in election administration under the supervision of the Clerk, including but not limited to the following duties.
Additional Opportunities:
Useful experience in the following:
· Microsoft office and outlook
· GIS and BS&A Software
· Knowledge of zoning, ordinances, FOIA, and HR laws
· Graphic creating tools such as Canva
· Use with the Qualified Voter File
Attributes:
· Hard working
· Detail oriented
· Technological inclined
· Calm while handling complaints
· Good communication both written and verbal
· Able to work well with deadlines
Pay: 18.00 dollars per hour.
Preferred start immediately.
