Position Overview:
Yayyy—we’re hiring, and we couldn’t be more excited!

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and magically creative team member to join the Hello Dancer family. This role includes teaching and assisting dance classes, supporting summer camps, and helping lead birthday parties.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach or assist dance classes for young children (ages 1–9)
• Lead or support summer camps (ages 3–9) with engaging activities and basic dance instruction
• Help plan and create fun, imaginative class experiences
• Host and assist with birthday parties and special events (setup and cleanup included)
• Create a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment for every child
• Build positive relationships with families and provide an exceptional studio experience
• Support instructors and collaborate with team members
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance the studio environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (teaching, camps, babysitting, etc.)
• Strong dance background (professional, educational, or equivalent experience)
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Availability for weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience teaching dance or leading group activities
• Training in multiple styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap)
